We have recently noticed an increase in the amount of no shows and same day cancellations. Last month 34 clients failed to arrive or cancelled very late.
Please can we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice to enable us to offer the appointment to someone who may be waiting.
We do have a text and email reminder service available.
Missed appointments and late cancellations may result in you being charged.
